"Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised; not one word has failed of all His good promise . . . . "
I Kings 8:56
We are so unlike our Father.
We make promises, them forget all about them.
God is perfectly faithful and thoroughly reliable
in everything He says and does.
Because this is true, you can depend upon Him without ever being disappointed.
Why not search our just one of God's many promises from the Bible
and depend upon it right now?
he voice of God is a pleading voice. God, by calling you, pledges to hear you.
"Seek the Lord while He may be found."
Do not take for granted that you will hear His pleading voice throughout all your life,
if you refuse Him now.
When we hear and do not obey,
the affect of the Word - the voice heard -
grows faint, until at last there is not voice to be heard at all.
Remember that if you lose your soul, you lose everything.
There will be no more opportunities
to trust God, to live a life that pleases Him.
Here is a list of a few things God calls you to do:
1. He calls you to meditate on the wonders of His grace, His faithfulness, how He carries out in your life and soul what He has promised (Psalm 71:15);
2. He calls us to declare His righteousness;
His salvation (Psalm 71:15 also);
3. His strength and power (Psalm 71:18);
4.His way of cleaning you from sin (Psalm 119:9);
Ask God to help you study His Word and delight in it. Ask Him to help you turn away from speculating
about what may have been.
God has provided for you.
He has brought into your life
what Has been pleasing to Him
and what has been and is
good for you.
"If anyone loves Me,
he will keep My word;
and My Father will love him,
and We will come to him
and make Our abode with him."
