Irrevocable Promises                   

"For as many as are the promises of God, 

they all find their Yes (Answer) in Him (Christ).

For this reason we also utter the Amen (so be it) to God throught Him - that is, in His person and by His agency - to the glory of God.

(2 Corinthians 1:20 Amplified Bible)

All the promises of God are yes because they are sure and dependable. 

They are not cushioned in maybe as ours often are. 

They are certain and fixed. That is why we say Amen  when we hear them, because we know that they are in agreement with the purpose of His will.

"For God's gifts and His calling are irrevocable - He never withdraws them when once they are given, and He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call."

(Romans 11:29 Amplified Bible)

"Father, thank you for your faithfulness.

Thank you that I can depend on you,

knowing that your promises never change. Amen"
